the founder of Solace.

I have a strong preference for creating facial and massage treatments that connect us spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

My joy is to create slow, nurturing spaces for women to soften, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.

I do this through somatic facial massage, holistic bodywork, and energy-based therapies, helping you release what you’ve been holding, settle your nervous system, and return to a place of inner quiet.

I truly believe that If the outer world is to be transformed, the process must begin within. If the inner world is to be transformed, it must be understood in light of the outer forces that shaped it.

    Well what can i say after my solace retreat day yesterday!
    I was ever so grateful for yesterday, it was the most relaxing experience & I enjoyed every moment.
    The studio was gorgeous & had a real relaxing vibe with all the candles.
