    Swedish massage is a therapeutic massage technique focused on relaxation and overall well-being.

    It uses a combination of gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and tapping to improve blood flow, release muscle tension, reduce pain, and promote a calming effect on the nervous system.

    This type of massage is often used to relieve stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall health.

    Available as a full body 90 minute session. This will include the back, neck, head, legs, arms, hands and feet. A warm towel is applied to the feet prior to massaging.

  • Solace Glow Facial

    A non-invasive facial treatment using LED light therapy to stimulate the skin’s natural rejuvenation and repair processes, addressing various concerns like acne, ageing, and dullness, with visible results after just one session. 

    How it Works: Different wavelengths of light (red, blue, and near-infrared) are used to target specific skin concerns at varying depths

    Benefits: Reduces signs of ageing, stimulates collagen and elastin production, improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles.

    Back, Neck + Head Massage

    This treatment is a blend of slow and relaxation based flowing movements and techniques that focus on the muscle groups of the back, neck, shoulders and head.

    Gentle rhythmic lymphatic drainage techniques are used to stimulate the lymphatic system and assist blood flow, helping the body to rid itself of harmful toxins and restore a feeling of well being in mind, body + soul.

    A wonderfully relaxing massage, with gentle pressure to leave you feeling restored and rested.

    We finish off the treatment with a beautiful scalp massage and Jade crystal hair combs to completely alleviate any stresses and tension and leave you feeling as if your’e floating on a cloud as you head back home.

    This is a gorgeous treatment that connects face, body and mind all in one sitting.

    Bespoke Holistic Facial

    The ultimate self care treatment that will leave your skin barrier visibly rejuvenated and deeply restored.

    A holistic facial may include any or all of the following:

    Tone, steam, first cleanse, second cleanse, exfoliation, hydro jelly mask / nourishing face mask, targeted serum, moisturiser, facial spritz.

    Tools used: Gua sha, cyro globes/ice globes, facial acupressure wand.

    Facial massage is also woven into this treatment with each skincare application. A very calming feeling.

    Once the mask of choice has been applied we enjoy a relaxing jade eye mask to help with puffiness and aid you to relax.

    We end the treatment with a relaxing Indian head massage and Jade crystal hair combs to melt all those tensions away and guide you into a state of deep rest and bliss.

    Natural Face lift

    Natural face lift massage, also known as facial rejuvenation massage uses slow and focused techniques alongside bespoke facial oil to lift, stimulate and tone the muscles and skin of the face.

    This beautiful treatment Increases the flow and supply of nutrients to the skin cells, which in turn improves skin tone, reduces wrinkles, improves elasticity, supports and stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation and relaxes the soul, all without the need for invasive procedures.

    The natural lifting and plumping techniques help to delay the signs of ageing and decrease the look of fine lines and wrinkles. An Ideal treatment for women who do not wish to go down the surgical route of Botox and prefer a natural approach to anti-ageing.

    Reiki + Chakra Balancing

    Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

    I offer a separate Reiki + Chakra healing treatment also where by Reiki healing is given whilst integrating crystal healing. I hand select crystals and place them on top of the body in alignment with each of the 7 chakras.

    These chakras, or energy centres, function as pumps or valves, regulating the flow of energy through our energy system.

    These are known as the Root, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and lastly Crown.

    Please note a quartz crystal is always placed next to the crown and never directly onto it.

    Reiki is given to each chakra with the intention of restoring vitality and colour, cleansing and releasing any blockages that may be present. Once the chakras have been cleansed, I then check each chakra is restored to its full balance with the use of a pendulum. For the chakras that need an extra boost, a sound bowl is placed onto this chakra and struck 8 times to purify your subtle energy channel.

    Solace Glow ~ LED Facial Experience

    This treatment is perfect for those looking to add a touch of luxury to their facial experience with LED light therapy.

    I carefully select products based on your skin type and what you wish to be the focus for this time.

    This is a bespoke holistic facial experience specifically tailored to your skin's needs on the day and includes: make up removal, tone, steam, first cleanse, second deep cleanse, exfoliation, bespoke mask to treat, jade stone eye mask for soothing and de-puffing and indian head massage whilst the mask weaves its magic.

    A facial massage is then performed with special focus on the lymph and circulation, helping to prepare the face for the next part of the treatment.

    Your treatment colour and wavelength is chosen based on your skins needs and you are invited to enjoy 30 minutes of the award winning medically graded and FDA approved Dermalux LED light therapy device.

    Whilst you enjoy your light therapy session a hand and arm massage is given to release any tensions you may be holding onto. A targeted serum is then applied, finishing with a moisturiser and facial spritz to bring the treatment to a close.

    This treatment is a shorter variation of ‘Reiki Radiance’ starting with a blissful 45 minute back, neck, shoulder and head massage.

    This is then followed by a Reiki energy healing session.

    During a Reiki treatment I will place my hands on or off the body along the chakra points and visualise the chakras filling with their assigned colours to replenish and heal.
